The working position is Hybrid – On Site and Telework.
ON SITE – MON, TUES, THURS
REMOTE – WED and FRI
Interview mode : In Person
The program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY.
Please do not submit candidates who are currently out of state and are planning to move to Texas. Candidates must already reside in Texas.

Total EXP:13+ years 

Required Skills:
Healthcare client experience must
Experience with SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF eligibility rules
Experience interpreting policy in integrated eligibility systems.  
State / Federal Healthcare client experience profiles highly preferred
Skills and Qualifications:

Required Skills (8+ Years):
• Hands-on experience as a Business/Data Analyst in the IT industry
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to document business processes
• Ability to work with technical & non-technical teams on complex, data-driven problems
• Experience designing and optimizing data workflows and data management processes
• Strong experience writing Epics, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria
• Experience creating data dictionaries, BRDs, and data mapping specifications
• Ability to design and present visual data models and dashboards
• Proven ability to lead data-focused meetings, interviews, and resolve data issues

Preferred Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, IT, CS, or related field
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Knowledge of SNAP, Medicaid, and TANF eligibility rules
• Experience interpreting policy in integrated eligibility systems
• Experience leading JAD sessions
