TotalEXP: 13+ Years must
Must have :
Cisco VoIP administration and design
Experience managing complex networking environments
Experience supporting 24×7 network, voice, and video environments
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee Network Services operations (WAN, LAN, Wireless, SD-WAN, Security)
Manage daily operations: incident management, issue resolution, service availability
Act as escalation point for critical network issues
Coordinate workload across infrastructure and security teams
Support SD-WAN, monitoring tools (ThousandEyes, AppDynamics), and security integrations
Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Infrastructure, Data Center, Telecom, Security)
Provide reporting, risk mitigation, and maintain documentation
Required Skills:
Strong experience in network operations, architecture, and support
Experience managing/leading teams and network environments
Knowledge of SD-WAN, monitoring tools, and network security
