Required Skill:
Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required and should be noted on the resume. Sharing PMP certification must at the time of submission.
Healthcare client experience must
Texas state Healthcare client experienced profiles highly preferred

Job Description:
This position is responsible for maintaining coordination across numerous related initiatives and leading special projects as assigned by agency leadership. These responsibilities include: developing project management tools; maintaining project management data on critical and major projects; reporting progress on key projects to executive/senior staff; providing recommendations regarding project management practices to agency leadership, and reporting the status of key projects and accomplishments.
This position will also work with staff to initiate, sponsor, manage or participate in projects to maximize the success of multiple and diverse projects. Works under limited direction with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. 
Required Skills & Qualifications
Strong ability to research, gather, analyze, and correlate data; identify solutions; prepare concise reports; and solve complex problems.
Skilled in creating and delivering reports that highlight gaps in technology and operational processes.
Experience managing multiple large-scale projects across big organizations, including:

Creating project plans
Documenting risks, issues, and contingency plans
Removing project roadblocks
Strong business process mapping and process improvement skills.
Skilled in planning/facilitating meetings and group problem-solving sessions.
Experience creating project documents such as:

SOWs
Project charters
Design docs
Test plans
Risk assessments
Project budgets, schedules, work plans, resource plans, and cost estimates.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors and stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
