Experience managing BOH systems and vendors
Strong exposure to Crunchtime platform
Experience with multi-location deployments
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of POS & store systems (PAR Brink, NCR)
Experience with Jira, ServiceNow
PMP / Agile certification
