Technical Analyst

Contract

Provide L2/L3 support for Crunchtime (Inventory, Labor, Ops)
Troubleshoot issues related to data sync, inventory, labor, and reporting
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement fixes
Coordinate with Crunchtime/vendor teams on escalations
Support integrations with POS, supply chain, and reporting systems
Assist in rollouts, upgrades, and UAT validation
Monitor system health and address recurring issues proactively
Required Qualifications

5+ years in technical support/engineering (QSR/Retail preferred)
Hands-on Crunchtime support experience
Strong troubleshooting across application & data layers
Experience with ServiceNow/Jira
Understanding of restaurant operations (inventory, labor)
Preferred Skills

POS integration knowledge (e.g., PAR Brink, NCR)
Basic SQL / data validation
Exposure to monitoring tools (Splunk, Datadog)
Success Metrics

SLA adherence
Reduction in recurring issues
Improved system/data accuracy
