Senior ServiceNow Solution Architect

10+ years of IT experience, with significant experience in ServiceNow architecture.
Strong experience as a ServiceNow Solution Architect / Technical Architect.
Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITSM.
Strong hands-on and architectural knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB.
Deep experience with ServiceNow Discovery.
Strong understanding of Configuration Items (CIs), CI relationships, dependency mapping, and CMDB data models.
Experience designing custom ServiceNow integrations with enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
Strong knowledge of data transformation, data mapping, data migration, and data reconciliation.
Excellent understanding of enterprise data dependencies and data flows.
Experience working with complex enterprise environments and multiple upstream/downstream systems.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture, configuration, customization, and integration best practices.
Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills.
