Urgent position of Mainframe Developer(Only Local)
Location -NYC,NY(Onsite)
Key Responsibilities Analyze business needs and create technical specifications for mainframe applications. · Develop, test, debug, and optimize COBOL/JCL/DB2 code while ensuring performance and scalability. · Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, document processes, and support production deployments. · Collaborate with teams on modernization, integration, and compliance with security standards. Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, TSO/ISPF, Endevor, and tools like Abend-AID or REXX. · 9+ years of mainframe development experience, strong problem-solving, and Agile/DevOps familiarity.
