Job description
Analytical ability problemsolving communication and the ability to work with stakeholders
Key roles and responsibilities includes requirements gathering data analysis process improvement and solution design
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering and Analysis
Conduct interviews workshops and surveys to gather detailed business requirements document them and prioritize them
Process Analysis and Improvement
Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies recommend solutions and implement improvements
Data Analysis and Reporting
Collect analyze and interpret data to identify trends patterns and insights and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Solution Design and Validation
Develop and design solutions that meet business needs ensuring they are feasible costeffective and align with strategic goals
Stakeholder Communication
Communicate effectively with stakeholders including business users IT teams and management to ensure alignment and collaboration
Project Management
Manage project timelines resources and deliverables ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
Technical Skills
Proficiency in data analysis tools SQL Tableau Power BI business process modeling tools BPMN UML and AgileScrum methodologies
Soft Skills
Strong communication problem solving analytical and interpersonal skills
Mandatory Skills : Business Architecture, Business Process Design, Mapping
