Position Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Lead Engineer with 10+ years of experience to lead a cross-functional engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in backend development, big data processing, event streaming technologies, and semi-structured data handling. This is a remote role requiring strong leadership and technical skills across .NET, PySpark, Kafka/Event Hub, and MongoDB.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to full-stack development initiatives using .NET C# and RESTful APIs

• Design and implement data engineering pipelines using PySpark

• Manage real-time event streaming solutions using Kafka or Azure Event Hub

• Oversee semi-structured data modeling and optimization using MongoDB

• Work closely with data engineers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration and data flow

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship across the team

• Maintain high coding standards and contribute to architecture decisions

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet product and data objectives

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of overall software development experience

• Proven experience in backend API development with .NET C#

• Strong experience in data engineering using PySpark

• Hands-on experience with Kafka or Azure Event Hub for real-time data streaming

• Solid understanding of semi-structured data systems, especially MongoDB

• Leadership experience in managing cross-functional development teams

• Excellent problem-solving and system design capabilities

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in cloud environments (Azure preferred)

• Familiarity with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines

• Exposure to containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
