Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced Lead Salesforce Developer to lead the architecture, development, and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions across our enterprise. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to design robust and efficient Salesforce applications aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead the end-to-end Salesforce development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.

·       Design and implement scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

·       Serve as the technical expert and provide mentorship to junior Salesforce developers and administrators.

·       Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into technical solutions.

·       Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms).

·       Enforce best practices in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and declarative tools.

·       Manage technical debt, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits and performance best practices.

·       Work with DevOps to automate CI/CD pipelines and maintain version control and deployment strategies.

·       Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and ecosystem tools and evaluate their impact on existing processes and applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·       12+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.

·       Expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Flows.

·       Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST, SOAP, Middleware like MuleSoft).

·       Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and data architecture.

·       Salesforce certifications strongly preferred (e.g., Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect, Integration Architect).

·       Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Git).

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills; ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
