We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Lead SAP IBP Inventory Optimization Consultant to support a high-profile client engagement based in Texas. This fully remote role is a critical part of our client’s supply chain transformation initiative, focusing on the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced inventory optimization solutions within the SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the end-to-end design and configuration of SAP IBP Inventory Optimization modules tailored to client-specific requirements.
Partner with key stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable, efficient IBP solutions.
Drive the implementation and integration of IBP Inventory Optimization with other SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Provide thought leadership and best practices in inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning using SAP IBP capabilities.
Ensure the ongoing support and maintenance of IBP solutions post-deployment, including troubleshooting, enhancements, and performance optimization.
Conduct user training, create documentation, and ensure high levels of user adoption and satisfaction.
Facilitate clear and proactive communication with client stakeholders and internal teams, delivering updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:

5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP IBP, specifically in Inventory Optimization.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing SAP IBP solutions in a lead consultant or architect capacity.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, demand planning, and inventory management principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills are essential—this role requires regular interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience working in remote consulting engagements with U.S.-based clients is highly preferred.
Certification in SAP IBP or supply chain management – preferred.
