In this project it’s Co-Location where Designers, Developers and testers will work under one roof and work together.

Must have strong TCL/TK or tickle scripting experience.

Job Title: Teamcenter Developer (4 positions open)
Location: Fremont, CA (Travel Required)
Duration: 4 – 6 Months
Interview: 2 Round of Technical Interviews.

TRAVEL/ONSITE REQUIREMENTS:
Heavy travel to Fremont, CA for the first 1–2 months (weekly).

After initial phase, travel required every alternate week.
Must be flexible and open to travel as required by the project.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
1. Develop custom extensions and integrations in Teamcenter using ITK, SOA, or Active Workspace (AWC)
2. Configure business objects, lifecycles, properties, and workflows using BMIDE
3. Implement and support configuration management and change management processes (e.g., ECO, ECR)
4. Customize Product Configurator for variant and option-based BOMs
5. Collaborate with functional and SAP teams on integrations (e.g., T4S, T4ST

Custom Code Development – Using ITK (C/C++), SOA (Java, C#, or JavaScript), or Active Workspace customizations to create new features or automate processes
Workflow Development – Writing custom handlers or triggers for complex workflows
Teamcenter Configuration – Setting up Business Objects, properties, lifecycle states, statuses, preferences, ACLs, etc. (usually via BMIDE)

NICE TO HAVE
Change Management – Implementing Engineering Change Orders (ECO), Change Requests, and related workflows
Product Configurator – Setting up variant management, using Teamcenter's configuration rules and features to support product variability (common in automotive, A&D, etc.)
