Job description:
· Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, ensuring a seamless user experience.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
· Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
· Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
· Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.
· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our design processes.
· Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
· Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
· Proficiency in Figma and other design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
· Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
· Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
· Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
