Position: ACI Network Operations Engineer (Infrastructure)
Work Location: New York City, NY – Locals only

Type of Hire: Corp to Corp (C2C)
· This contract has an initial duration of six months and will convert to Full Time Employment.
· Key skills: Aci and Fortinet, Financial experience, Load balancing and Upgrades.
· Location is Hybrid – 2-3 days every other week. NYC office one week of every six. On-call support one week of every six.
· Department: Information Technology.
· Reports to: Director of Network Operations.
Summary:
Seeking a Network Operations Engineer to support network infrastructure, including WAN, LAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, load balancing, firewalls, proxies, BlueCat DNS, and monitoring tools.
Responsibilities:
· Implement, maintain, and support network infrastructure.
· Manage daily support of LAN, WAN, WLAN, Cisco ACI, firewalls, proxies, load balancers, and DNS.
· Monitor and optimize network, DNS (BlueCat), and tools like Extrahop, OpsRamp, Splunk, SolarWinds, and BackBox.
· Escalate critical production issues as needed.
· Participate in a 24/7/365 on-call rotation.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
· 10+ years of experience in mission-critical network environments.
· Ability to work in fast-paced environments with real-time data and trading.
· Vendor-neutral or vendor-specific certifications/training preferred.
· Basic Windows and Linux administration knowledge.
· Scripting and automation experience.
Technologies Used:
· Operating Systems: Linux, Windows.
· Hardware: Cisco ACI, routers/switches, Fortinet firewalls, F5 LTM/GTM, web proxies, Extrahop monitoring probes, BlueCat DNS.
- Applications: Cisco ISE, BlueCat DDI, SSL/PKI.
