Position: Infrastructure Project manager

Work Location: Titusville, FL – Onsite 4 Days – Need Locals

Required Work Authorization: Any Visa

Type of Hire: C2C

·       Need someone can install in conference room and have exposure with AV.

·       Need someone Infra side have software development exposure.

·       Scope – We require a Project Manage to oversee and manage the day-to-day activities for our 80 Conference room upgrade and digital Signage Project at the Titusville Location.

·       The project is slated to be completed by the End of this year 2024, so it’s only a 3 month assignment.

·       The project manager is required to be on site every day.

·        Complete understand of the scope, dependencies, stakeholders, timelines of the project.

·        Create project plans, drive activities, onboard resources, and document decisions, provide weekly updates and manage finances.

·        Meeting rooms deployment experience is preferred.

·        They will coordinate meetings with local facilities, AV vendor, and Site lead to track the completion of the project.

·        Send out weekly meeting minutes.

·        Raise escalations and work to completion.

Job Description:

·        Deploy SW in conference rooms (80+ conference rooms).

·        Vendors enable audio, visual equipment and deploy.

·        PM should work with vendors ensure all 80 conference rooms and relevant equipment is upgraded.
