This role is a Solutions Architect – - critical role within organization, spanning and working with lots of senior people within organization, provide guidance and best practices and build and integrate application, enhance, modify, secure, and create best in class software
- Balanced against deliverables, time etc
- Need to communicate well and understand the business problem and be able to work with Devl managers, lead, when it comes to implementation of proposed solution, be implemented
- Good technology background, hands on experience, architecture, design and communicate
They need to have hands on experience in near past but moved to architect – - Development skills needs to be recent.
For example – Can you look at the code and design and the way you would architect it Technology Stack – - Fullstack Java primarily, main java, oracle, recent cloud experience, and that’s the typical people, SQL Server, MS Stack, translate those skills into all the platform
Do you need Angular? – - Some Front end angular experience would be great, React, we are angular shop
- Back end is more focus than front end
- They have to have familiarity with front end, not asking to code
What is normal day to day responsibilities and workload looks like for this role – - Lot of stuff is going to shared services technologies, core applications, reporting applications, API platforms, day to day would be, engineering operations, guide and understand the ask, longer term strategic vision, not doing short cut, re engineered, and it’s a big influence role, someone who has very good convincing skills
Any technologies cloud or web based that would stand out or differentiate – - I think about the projects they have done and the impact they had on it, success of those program, that would stand out, I was a major contributor to shape or drive it, create long term successful program, more impactful.
