Role: Mechanical Engineer
Location: Houston, TX (Onsite)

Job Requirements
- Experience with test fixture design, testing of oil and gas tools
- Design and develop test fixtures for downhole tools, ensuring compatibility with various testing protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, manufacturing, and testing) to identify testing requirements.
- Create detailed designs, prototypes, and testing plans for test fixtures.
- Conduct structural and thermal analysis to validate design performance.
- Develop and maintain design documentation, including CAD models, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (API, ISO, etc.) and company regulations.
- Troubleshoot testing issues and optimize test fixture designs.
- Mentor junior engineers and technicians in test fixture design and testing.
Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience of test fixture design, testing of oil and gas tools
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for design and analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
