Position1: OSS Order fulfillment, Provisioning, Inventory- Solution Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Responsibilities - Collaborate with key stakeholders to discover and document existing OSS architecture and process flows for Service Orders fulfillment including Order Management, Provisioning, Network Engineering, Inventory, Activation, and testing and turnup
- Create and maintain architecture blueprints across all OSS Order Fulfillment area
- Identify OSS functional and/or data overlaps and propose optimized solution and transition plan
- Identify process automation gaps and propose cost-justified solutions and/or gap-mitigation plans
- Conduct workshops showcasing the developed process to business stakeholders
Expected exp - 12+ years of progressive experience with min of 8+ yrs experience in Telecom/Cable/Fiber
- Highly skillful in OSS system architecture, designs and specifications
- Deep knowledge and experienced in networks, devices, telecom wireline services modeling and automation with middleware knowledge in OSS systems
- Should have experience in translating high-level business ask into solution architectures through required visual and documentation techniques.
- Hands on architecture design experience on COTS platforms (e.g. Oracle MSS (former Metasolv M6), ServiceNow)
- Ability to work in a multi-vendor environment
- Self-motivated and great communicator
Position 2: OSS Service Assurance and Performance Management- Solution Architect Location: Remote Duration: Long Term Responsibilities - Collaborate with key stakeholders to discover and document existing OSS architecture and process flows for Service Assurance including Fault Monitoring, Performance Monitoring,
- 3 OSS Order fulfillment, Provisioning, Inventory- Business Analyst
- Trouble Ticketing Activation, and testing and turnup · Create and maintain architecture blueprints across all OSS Service Assurance area · Identify OSS functional and/or data overlaps and propose optimized solution and transition plan · Identify process automation gaps and propose cost-justified solutions and/or gap-mitigation plans · Conduct workshops showcasing the developed process to business stakeholders
