JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for a Workato Consultant to design, develop, and manage automation and integration workflows using Workato. The ideal candidate will have experience in iPaaS (Integration Platform as a Service) solutions, API management, and enterprise application integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement Workato recipes to automate business processes.
- Integrate Workato with various applications (ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, etc.).
- Develop and optimize API-based integrations and workflows.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and ensure smooth data flow across systems.
- Work with business teams to understand requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
- Monitor, maintain, and improve existing Workato integrations.
- Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in automation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in Workato or similar iPaaS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and XML.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Salesforce, NetSuite, or other enterprise systems.
- Understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformations.
- Basic scripting knowledge (Python, JavaScript, or SQL) is a plus.
- Good problem-solving and communication skills.
