Role: MDM Analyst

Location: Austin ,TX

Duration: 6 months

Key Qualifications – MDM Analyst

•       Analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills; able to analyze issues, including large data sets, to determine root causes and recommend solutions

•       System knowledge: SAP, Agile

•       Working knowledge of Excel and Tableau

•       System configuration management, translating BOM setup into system readiness, comparing systems

•       Change Management & Document Control: Setting up workflow roles, auditing changes for accuracy, system validations

•       Interpersonal and verbal/written communication

•       Ability to adjust priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

The MDM Analyst will:

•       Supports NPI, Sustaining, and compliance System Readiness

•       Work with upstream and downstream partners to troubleshoot and triage tickets

•       Seamlessly support multiple projects simultaneously with the ability to set priorities across NPI, sustain programs and projects, and pivot between LOBs

•       Manage program implementation of Agile ECR, ECO, and MCO analysis, processing submissions to minimize processing time, data accuracy, and data integrity between submission and implementation, optimizing department throughput and SLA

•       Communicate project status

•       Identify areas of improvement or gaps in current processes and develop strategies to promote efficiency and productivity
