Business analyst with MDM experience

Job Description:
· As a Business Analyst, Lead and support the implementation of MDM/ DQ solution for Medicinal Products (IDMP) standards to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
· Understand and gather requirements for MDM / DQ solutions/ processes to support IDMP focused MDM solutions
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, IT, and R&D, to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives
· Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement
· Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and data dictionaries
· Provide training and support to end-users on IDMP, MDM, and DQ best practices
· Knowledge on MDM tools like, Reltio/ Informatica MDM
Qualifications:
· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry, with a focus on IDMP, MDM, and DQ.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in data management tools and software, such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
· Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of regulatory requirements related to IDMP and data management in the pharmaceutical industry.
· Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
· Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
