Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software development, AI/ML applications, and deploying scalable machine learning models. This is an onsite role, offering an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI/ML solutions while collaborating with a talented team of engineers and researchers.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI-driven solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using LORA/QLORA techniques (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.).
• Implement and maintain scalable ML pipelines and model serving architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into existing applications and workflows.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices to support ML applications.
• Work with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Ensure system reliability, scalability, and efficiency through strong system design principles.
• Leverage cloud platforms (preferably Azure) to deploy and manage ML models and applications.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 4 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML applications.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++ for developing machine learning models and applications.
• Strong understanding of system design principles and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Exposure to fine-tuning and deploying LLMs using LORA/QLORA techniques.
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure) for deploying AI/ML applications.
