Duration: 12+ months

Job Description:

Seeking a highly skilled Information Security Engineer to lead and support vulnerability management initiatives. This role will ensure the availability and integrity of security infrastructure, proactively address threats, and contribute to policy compliance and incident response.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Define and implement enterprise security tools and architecture.
• Lead onboarding of systems/applications into the vulnerability management program.
• Support infrastructure, application, and configuration vulnerability resolution.
• Monitor and escalate open vulnerabilities across systems and applications.
• Research and recommend threat remediation techniques and technologies.
• Respond to and investigate alerts from internal tools and external providers.
• Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance for proposed changes.
• Support compliance reporting and evidence gathering.
• Perform threat analysis, incident response, and document actions.
• Maintain policies, procedures, and best practices for vulnerability management.
• Collaborate with project teams as a security engineer/consultant.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in vulnerability management, security engineering, or consulting.
• Experience with proactive threat discovery and response.
• Strong understanding of security tooling, architecture, and interdependencies.
• Tools knowledge: Brinqa, Qualys, Archer, ServiceNow, Checkmarx, Prisma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and implement security projects at scale.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Certifications: CISSP, CISA, CISM, AWS Solutions Architect.
• GRC and audit management experience.
• Scripting/automation: Python preferred.
• Experience with cloud security tools, especially AWS
