10 yrs exp Techno functional Handson Oracle Cloud HCM with expertise on Oracle fusion Core HR, Compensation , Recruitment, Benefits Modules. Should be able to work on Extracts, HDLs, Fast Formulas. Should be able to drive discussions with business across perform Root Cause Analysis and share scalable solutions.. Should have min exp of 2 Implementations and 3 AMS project exposure for modules Core HR, Comp, ORC, Benefits modules. Desired years of experience
