Need Telecom domain Development Manager

Job Title:  Development Manager ||Technical Manager || Senior Manager

Experience should be managing a team, application and accountable for the application and manage a team consisting of developers, PO, BA, Testers etc., in an a agile environment. The only essential technical skill is hands-on with AWS environment and some programming background in any language, preferably Java.

This role is, Dev manager of the Fraud management team and the RAFM tool that this Fraud management team uses is a third party tool called Mobillium. The tool does RAID/RAFM work.

Responsibilities –

•        Continuously improve development processes and methodologies.

•        Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and industry best

·        practices.

•        Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

•        Make decisions on technical issues and priorities.

·        Ensure team follows best-in-class Agile processes and Safe Agile processes
