Position 1: NodeJS Lead

Location: Dallas, TX – Onsite, locals

Must be able to work with offshore. He/She would be given 4-5 members from offshore. Not a sole contributor. Would be accountable for people working at offshore.

There is a requirement for a Senior Node.JS Lead. Must be very strong in Node and confident in Team handling.

Requirement:

• Should be confident to handle a team.
• 8+ years of expertise and hands-on experience in object-oriented programming
• 4+ years of Experience with Node.JS
• 4+ years of experience in version control tools – Git.
• 4+ years of experience in working in a collaborative environment using Agile SCRUM practices.
• Solid understanding of various software design patterns and distributed computing.

Position 2: Android Lead

Location: USA – Remote

Main Skill: Android, Kotlin

Job Description:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Android developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• 7+ years’ experience as an Android developer with strong coding skills and 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Architect, design, and develop Android applications, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and security.

• Should be familiar with Java, Kotlin, Android SDK, MVVM, MPV and the ecosystem.
• To manage the full technical life cycle, from development to testing and production of the company’s Android application rollout.
• Working from UI/UX requirements, APIs, mock ups to build functional, high performance Android phone, tablet and TV apps.
• Have experience with common Android libraries like Coroutine, Retrofit, OkHTTP, Picasso, RXJava, GSON, Arch-components etc.
• Familiarity and experience with XML & JSON, RESTful services & REST APIs.
• Should be familiar with Material design guidelines, common mobile UX patterns and anti-patterns.
• Experience and know- how of the eCommerce domain and retail domain is preferred

Position 3: iOS Lead

Location: USA – Remote

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of iOS developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and technical specifications.
• Architect, design, and develop iOS applications, emphasizing scalability, maintainability, and security.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and enforce coding standards to ensure the delivery of clean and efficient code.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, optimizing code for performance and stability.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and technical task prioritization to meet project milestones.
• Ensure the team adheres to iOS design patterns, best practices, and user experience principles.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 7+ years’ experience as an iOS developer with strong coding skills and 2 years of experience in a leadership or mentoring role.
• Expertise in iOS app development using Swift or Objective-C.
• Strong understanding of iOS design patterns, best practices, and coding standards.
• Familiarity with RESTful API integration and working with backend services.
• Proficiency in using version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Leadership and mentorship abilities.
