Location: Remote
Responsibilities:
– Operational coverage: One U.S.–based and one offshore resource to enable 24‑hour support.
– Release & configuration: Deploy configuration updates and manage releases across instances.
– User & role administration: Create, modify, and audit users, groups, and roles.
– Module management: Install, upgrade, and retire ServiceNow modules as needed.
– Integrations: Maintain and enhance existing connections with Jira, GitLab, Q‑Test, etc.
– Design and implement new integrations from scratch where gaps exist.
– Self‑sufficiency & knowledge transfer: Able to operate independently from day one and train internal team members on best practices.
