Role Peoplesoft admin with Vertex Installation Exp.

Location – Phoenix, AZ (Onsite)

Job Type – C2C/W2

 

Visa – GC/USC

 

Job Description:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience.
  • Installation and configuration experience with Vertex application is preferred.
  • System Administration: Installing, configuring, and upgrading PeopleSoft applications 
  • Managing system environments (development, testing, production) Performing system refreshes and data migrations 
  • Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting technical issues 
  • Implementing security measures including user access controls and data encryption 
  • Customization and Development: Implementing system customizations through People Code and application designer tools 
  • Working with developers to integrate PeopleSoft with other systems Creating custom reports and dashboards 
  • Data Management: Performing data cleansing and validation activities Managing data imports and exports 
  • Ensuring data integrity and accuracy Change Management: Coordinating system updates and upgrades with stakeholders 
  • Communicating changes to users and providing training Technical Support: Responding to user inquiries and resolving system related issues 
  • Providing technical support to end users Analyzing system performance and identifying areas for improvement Vertex Installation:
  • Identify Vertex plug-in locations. Identify Vertex DLL and shared library locations. Set up variables for the Vertex database location.
  • Installation of Vertex Set up PeopleSoft installation options for Vertex Q Series. Test the Vertex installation
  • Troubleshoot installation errors Setting up hardware: This involves installing the necessary hardware components (e.g., servers, network devices) and ensuring they are configured correctly. 
  • Integrating with existing systems: This ensures the Vertex software can communicate and interact with other systems in the customers environment. 
  • Network configuration: Setting up and configuring the necessary network infrastructure to support
