• Overall 5+ years’ experience.
  
• Good experience in an Application Development project in the capacity of technical BA.
  
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
  
• Experience working with product owners, 3^rd party vendors, other internal and external stakeholders to gather data and updates.
  
• Able to navigate the complex organization setup to accomplish the objectives
  
• Ability to create metrics-based status reports and slide decks for the steerco.
  
• Excellent analytical skills and able to co-ordinate with multiple teams to track the progress of the projects.
  
• Able to map the business processes to deliverables and identify areas of improvement.
  
• Experience on hospitality domain preferred.
