·         Jira expertise/dashboards/query abilities is must.

·         Having rich agile experience & knowledge of agile metrics is Must.

·         Risk management culture and senior stakeholder experience is Must

·         Ability to present verbally and through written presentations is Must  

·         Having technical education is a plus.

·         Having agile certification is a plus
