Location: AZ / CO / FL / NC /VA /TX

Job Details:
- ServiceNow Certifications: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are highly preferred.
- Now Assist and Now Intelligence
- ITSM, Process Mining, Now Assist, IT Portal, , ServiceNow EC Pro and Now Mobile
- Design , develop and implement Service Portal including customer widgets , pages & themes using Service Portal Framework, Angular JS, HTML, CSS , Java Script, and other relevant technologies.
- Define and document technical specifications, including data models, workflows, integrations, and security protocols.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.
- Oversee the assessments, implementation of ServiceNow solutions
- Ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications using various integration techniques (e.g., REST API, SOAP, scripting).
- Monitor and optimize ServiceNow performance, identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks.
- Implement strategies to improve system responsiveness and scalability.
- Mentor and guide technical teams, providing technical expertise and best practices.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality solutions
