Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled OpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) Consultant to join our SAP implementation/support team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in OpenText VIM solutions integrated with SAP ECC or S/4HANA. You will be responsible for the design, configuration, deployment, and support of VIM-related processes, ensuring seamless invoice processing and document management across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure OpenText VIM for SAP ECC or S/4HANA environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and support OpenText ICC (Invoice Capture Center), Business Center, and OCR tools.
• Integrate VIM with SAP MM, FI, and AP modules.
• Analyze and optimize invoice processing workflows using best practices.
• Provide support and troubleshooting for VIM issues, including enhancements and customizations.
• Work with Basis and ABAP teams for necessary system integrations and development.
• Train end users and create functional documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.
