Job Title: Oracle APEX Developer
Overview:
Seeking an experienced Oracle APEX Developer to support and enhance the Application Inventory System (AIS) and assist in upgrading the IT Budget Application (ITBA). This role involves full-cycle development, maintenance, and support using Oracle technologies.
Must-Have Skills:
Oracle APEX: Strong experience building, maintaining, and troubleshooting APEX applications.
Oracle PL/SQL: Expertise in writing, debugging, and optimizing PL/SQL code (procedures, functions, packages).
Application Design & Analysis: Ability to gather requirements, design scalable solutions, and document technical workflows.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in complex enterprise environments.
Nice to Have:
Experience coordinating technical teams.
Integration with cross-platform systems.
Test planning and quality assurance.
