Job Role: Oracle Apps DBA

Location: Sunnyvale, California Onsite

This requirement is a DBA requirement with an implementation mind set rather than a support mind set. The individual should be able to analyze and implement new solutions. The candidate should be able to provide multiple options for a scenario or a solution.

·         Overall max experience of 18 years

·         Good understanding of Oracle products including DB, EBS, fusion middleware and Exadata is must.

·         Worked on Oracle EBS migration/upgrades, security patch analysis, OS upgrade.

·         Good understanding/commitment to learn of other middleware and/or open-source software so certain project(s) can be assigned.

·         Participate in the development and deployment of cutting-edge applications, systems, and processes.

·         Document processes, configurations, and solutions to ensure knowledge sharing and scalability.

·         Support and train team members on the adoption of new technologies.

·         Good understanding and experience implementing SRE principles and has working experience in the SRE org.

·         SRE experience including scripting in Python or Shell, automation, monitoring, OS and network troubleshooting, and GitHub.
