Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Developer to support a public sector client in the implementation and integration of Oracle Cloud HCM with their existing PeopleSoft environment. This is a remote opportunity involving client-facing responsibilities, technical development, and interface design to ensure smooth coexistence between the two systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain interfaces between Oracle Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand integration requirements and implement solutions.

• Provide expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, particularly focusing on HCM Extracts, HDL, and Fast Formulas.

• Build and support outbound and inbound interfaces using Oracle HCM tools and integration technologies.

• Participate in system testing, validation, and troubleshooting of integration processes.

• Work directly with stakeholders in public sector organizations to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance between Cloud HCM and PeopleSoft systems.

• Prepare documentation for technical designs, integration processes, and system configurations.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementation and development.

• Strong knowledge of HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, BI Publisher, and integration tools.

• Public sector project experience is mandatory.

• Experience working in a hybrid ERP environment (Cloud + PeopleSoft).

• Strong understanding of PeopleSoft HCM data structures and business processes.

• Proven ability to design and implement complex data interfaces.

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle Cloud HCM Certification.

• Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

• Prior experience in data migration projects between PeopleSoft and Oracle Cloud.
