Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Functional SME to support the development of a modern data platform for a leading utility client. This key role requires a strong background in Oracle Fusion, deep understanding of Oracle data structures, and familiarity with AI/ML concepts to guide integration and analytics initiatives.

The ideal candidate will bring a hybrid blend of Oracle Fusion functional expertise, data fluency, and industry experience within utilities (gas, water, electric, etc.) to help bridge business needs with technical implementation.

Required Qualifications:

·        Oracle Fusion experience across core modules (Finance, SCM, HCM, etc.).

·       Strong knowledge of Oracle data structures and functional workflows.

·       Experience working on or supporting enterprise data platforms or analytics initiatives.

·       Exposure to or conceptual understanding of AI/ML-driven use cases (predictive analytics, forecasting, etc.).

·       Experience in the utilities industry (energy, water, gas, etc.).

·       Excellent communication skills with ability to work cross-functionally with data and business teams.
