Position: Performance Engineer with Strong Jmeter

Location: Santa Clara (Onsite)

Client: HCL

Duration: Long Term

 

Job description:

 

Design, develop, and maintain performance test scripts using JMeter.

Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA teams to define performance test strategies.

Conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing for applications and APIs.

Identify performance bottlenecks, analyze root causes, and provide recommendations.

Develop and maintain test automation frameworks and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.

Work with tools like JMeter, Gatling, and other performance testing tools.

Monitor system performance and generate detailed test reports for stakeholders.

Continuously improve performance test processes and automation efficiency.

 

Your skills and experience

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Java, Python, or Groovy.

Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with APM tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, or AppDynamics, Splunk, Catchpoint 

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Top 3 Must Haves:

1. 6+ years of experience in performance testing using JMeter, Blazemeter, NeoLoad.

2. Strong understanding of performance testing concepts like load, stress, and endurance testing.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
