The candidate should possess:
• Strong experience with Salesforce (SF)
• Leadership abilities, capable of communicating with stakeholders and collaborating with the Product Owner (PO) to plan stories
• In-depth knowledge of the Insurance domain, particularly in Core Broking and P&C insurance
• A solid technical background, including expertise in API, Data Quality, and Migration
Note: Strong client-facing skills are also essential.
