- 1+ years experience in:
- Strategy development and big-picture thinking
- Broad understanding of IT technologies and product sense
- Structuring problems and performing data-driven analytics
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, critical thinking, research, problem-solving, project execution, and documentation abilities
- 5+ years of experience in:
- Medicaid/Medicare processes
- Provider Enrollment and Credentialing operations
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business and IT leaders to translate operational needs into product and technology requirements.
- Manage and support provider operations processes, including:
- Planning
- Requirements management
- Prioritization
- Change request handling
- Defect management
- Training and testing oversight
- Lead product vision, strategy, market analysis, and customer need validation for the PDM/CVO product.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle and manage product priorities.
- Engage with cross-functional workgroups to collect and analyze operational and technical data.
- Support data validation, file layout reviews, risk assessments, and downstream system impact analysis.
- Lead business analyst teams working on the PDM/CVO project.
- Organize and execute technical projects in alignment with operational priorities.
- Provide support for other related projects and operational activities as needed.
