Must Have Skills:
Maintenance and Production Support process, ServiceNOW, Splunk, AppDynamics, Incident Triage Management
Very good assertive communication capable of handling high priority triage bridges where SVP level leadership will join.
Coordinate with multiple teams urging them to find faster detection and solution to meet the SLAs.
Nice to have skills:
Provide leadership readout on the high priority incidents with the chronology of events and final results
Should follow up with concerned team to prepare the root cause analysis after the incident which has to be followed up with the assignee group until the fix is in place.
