**Key Responsibilities: **
Lead large-scale, complex programs within the GSE domain, aligning with enterprise goals and regulatory mandates.
Partner with stakeholders at all levels, including VP and Executive-level business and technology counterparts, to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
Oversee integrated planning and execution of multiple related projects within the program, ensuring consistency and alignment across workstreams.
Identify, assess, and manage program-level risks, issues, and controls ensuring timely mitigation and compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards.
Deliver detailed status reporting and executive-level updates, clearly communicating progress, dependencies, and decisions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, product owners, engineers, compliance teams, and external vendors.
Drive governance processes, including steering committee meetings, tollgate reviews, and audit readiness.
Ensure programs adhere to enterprise project management standards, timelines, and budgets.
**Required Qualifications: ***
8+ years of program/project management experience in the financial services or mortgage industry.
Proven track record in managing large enterprise-level programs including oversight of risk management and internal controls.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery environments.
*Preferred Qualifications: *
PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certification.
