The role of Senior Program Manager – Mergers and Acquisitions is responsible for the Planning, Scheduling, and Delivery of work and artifacts related to the successful Integration of a Merger or Acquisition.
Duties:
- Deliverable Tracking
- Tracking Dependencies on other Workstreams
- Requirements Gathering
- Requirement Validation
- Task identification
- Task Definition
- Task Predecessors / Successors Tracing
- Meeting planning and scheduling
- Documenting Risks / Actions / Issues / Decisions
- Completing and Tracking Change Requests
- Tracking Dependencies
- Status Reporting
Other Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Very Strong experience in M&A Integrations
- Very Strong Program Management experience
- Ability to lead Meetings and Workshops
- Expertise in Executive Reporting
