Python Developer (Lead Experience)

We are seeking a talented Python Developer with at least 2 years of experience in a lead or mentorship role to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Python development, with hands-on experience in leading small teams, managing code quality, and ensuring efficient project workflows. You will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications while mentoring junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable Python applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Lead and mentor a small team of developers, ensuring best practices in coding and project management.
• Oversee code reviews, manage pull requests, and ensure code quality and consistency.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.
• Work closely with product owners to prioritize tasks and set project timelines.
• Document technical specifications and processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of Python development experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or mentor role.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Solid experience with RESTful API development and Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Preferred Certifications:

• AWS Certified Developer, Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate, or similar.
• Any certification related to Python or software development.
