Job Location: Remote

Job Description:

Required Skills

                     Eight or more years related work experience with UKG ProWFM systems (Timekeeper, Accrual, Activities)

                     Minimum five years of experience with JIRA

                     Proficient with Microsoft Office Tools such as SharePoint, Excel, Word, Visio and PowerPoint

                     Business analysis certification such as the Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)

                     Certified Scrum master

 

Qualification/Experience

                     Strong knowledge of UKG ProWFM systems (Timekeeper, Accrual, Activities) 

                     Knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance, and workflow tools and/or practices with a flair for business case development and presentation

                     Ability to lead, design, and facilitate multiple concurrent workshops and deliver effective presentations that are valued by the customer

                     Demonstrated ability to quickly learn existing systems and business processes, capture and document cross functional needs and requirements from multiple department in order to produce an optimal documentation to assist with fit/gap analysis and RFP/tool selection

                     Demonstrated ability to manage and\or participate in multiple projects\assignments with a high degree of complexity.

                     Possess the skills to initiate, evaluate, develop and influence users on adoption of solid, actionable recommendations.

                     Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

                     Excellent written and verbal communication skills to both business users and technical staff

                     Effective professional relationship building skills with ability to work closely with peers and team members in a collaborative manner

                     Ability to ensure compliance to guidelines, controls, policies, and procedures. 

                     Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines with ability to execute project deliverables in an independent fashion

Desired Skills

                     Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or related field, or specialized training and equivalent work experience.

                     Eight years or more of experience working with project managers to plan business and testing analysis and highlight risks and issues.

                     Eight years or more of experience working with business users to define accurate, meaningful and measurable business cases, functional requirements, technical requirements, and use cases.

                     Eight years or more of experience working with the business owners to define acceptance criteria and partnering with business owners to ensure expectations, requirements and testing are met and managed.

                     Working level experience with one or more tools for UKG ProWFM, Telestaff, Workforce Central etc.

                     Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM) to ensure all requirements are covered by test cases and are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

                     Extensive experience with creation/documentation of process maps and workflows to support business processes.

                     Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium, QTP, or similar tools.

                     Strong knowledge on testing interfaces and integrations with systems like SAP and Maximo etc. Collaborate with development teams to enhance integration processes.

                     Utilize JIRA for project management, issue tracking, and test case management. Ability to create custom workflows and integrations within JIRA

                     Develop test plans and strategies. Conduct regression testing to ensure system stability
