JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to JDA software solutions.
Design, configure, and customize JDA software modules to meet client specifications and business objectives.
Develop and implement integration solutions to seamlessly integrate JDA software with existing systems and applications.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging of JDA software modules to ensure optimal performance and functionality.
Assist in the deployment and post-implementation support of JDA solutions, including user training and documentation.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to JDA software solutions and supply chain management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of X years of experience working with JDA (RedPrairie) software solutions.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing various JDA modules, including Warehouse Management (WMS), Transportation Management (TMS), and Demand Planning.
Hands-on experience with JDA development tools, such as JDA Developer Kit (JDK), JDA Configuration Console, and JDA Reporting.
Strong understanding of supply chain management concepts and processes.
Experience with integration technologies and protocols, such as APIs, EDI, XML, and Web Services.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
JDA certification(s) preferred.
