Location: Ny location but should work from near by verizon office, (Hybrid)

Job Description
- Analyze and optimize LTE/5G network performance using KPIs and drive test data.
- Perform parameter tuning, coverage, and capacity optimization to enhance QoS.
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues (call drops, handover failures, low throughput).
- Utilize RF tools like TEMS, Actix, QXDM, Atoll for performance analysis and optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to improve network efficiency and user experience.
Requirements:
- 8 years of experience in RF optimization and performance engineering.
- Bachelor's/Master’s in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of RF propagation, antenna configurations, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with RF planning and post-processing tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
