Role :OneSource Consultant – SAP Procurement & Tax Expert

Overview:

Seeking an experienced OneSource Consultant to serve as the single point of contact from a technology standpoint for both business and IT. The consultant will play a pivotal role in facilitating system integrations, managing test cycles, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders in a tax and procurement-driven SAP and ARIBA environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Act as the primary liaison between business, IT, and network teams to ensure smooth communication and execution of tasks.

* Coordinate with IT infrastructure teams (e.g., Network) to establish required system connections.

* Run baseline OneSource reports to benchmark the current environment against the migrated setup.

* Identify and prepare relevant test scripts for validation activities.

* Execute P2P test scenarios in SAP and ARIBA environments; must be familiar with MM (Materials Management) and PM (Plant Maintenance) modules.

* Collaborate with Tax business stakeholders to validate results and obtain sign-offs.

* Manage and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles, ensuring full traceability.

* Plan and coordinate a smooth production cutover, minimizing disruptions.

* Provide regular status updates and progress reports to project leadership.

Requirements:

* Proven experience with OneSource in a tax and procurement setting.

* Hands-on expertise in SAP P2P processes, ARIBA, and SAP MM/PM modules.

* Strong coordination and communication skills to bridge gaps between business and technical teams.

* Experience leading UAT and production deployments.
