•They are need to understand RUST from day one. This is building new features. There is different rays that one can know the language and using it in actual enterprise for a company as opposed to open source. They are working with functionally like that.

• RUST
• Cucumber
• Self-starter/they do it daily and they join as a contractor, they do not understand their system.
