Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Developer with strong Salesforce Admin experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, with exceptional skills in flow design, custom coding, and automation. In addition to Salesforce administration, the candidate must be proficient in Apex (Apex is a must), Visualforce, and other development tools to build scalable solutions that meet business requirements. This role will require close collaboration with stakeholders to optimize the Salesforce environment and ensure it aligns with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Development:

• Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
• Leverage Salesforce Flow and Process Builder to automate business processes, reducing manual effort and improving efficiency.
• Create and customize complex Salesforce applications and integrations with third-party platforms using APIs.
• Design and implement custom flows for process automation and user-guided workflows, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Salesforce Administration & Configuration:

• Administer and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, workflows, validation rules, process builder, and custom fields.
• Implement best practices for system configuration, ensuring optimal performance and ease of use.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, delivering actionable insights to various teams.
• Manage data integrity, cleansing, deduplication, imports, and exports using tools such as Data Loader.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and design solutions that address those needs.
• Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues with the Salesforce platform, ensuring minimal system downtime and optimal performance.
• Lead system and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the functionality meets business requirements before deployment.

Integration & Performance Management:

• Manage integrations with third-party applications to ensure seamless data synchronization.
• Monitor system performance, diagnose issues, and provide timely resolution.
• Ensure Salesforce security compliance and data privacy standards are met, implementing robust security measures and maintaining audit logs.

Training & Documentation:

• Provide training to end users to enhance adoption and proficiency with the Salesforce platform.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and custom development to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Developer.
• Proven experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components development.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including reports, dashboards, process automation, and security settings.
• Solid experience with Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, and Workflow rules for process automation.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; Developer Certification (DEV-401/Platform Developer I) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce integrations, APIs, and third-party tools.
• Basic knowledge of SOQL and/or Apex triggers.
• Experience with data management tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.).
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience, and advanced Flow automation.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Pardot, or Marketing Cloud is a plus.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira for project management.
• Strong design and architecture skills with a focus on scalable, reusable, and maintainable solutions.
