Key Responsibilities:

Design and Architecture:

Designing end-to-end technical solutions that meet client requirements.

Developing secure, high-performance Salesforce implementations.

Designing and documenting technical solutions aligned with client business objectives.

Ensuring solutions align with Salesforce platform best practices and coding standards.

Identifying gaps between current and desired end-states.

Implementation and Delivery:

Leading technical design sessions and documenting solutions.

Managing the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration.

Overseeing the Salesforce project lifecycle, from planning to deployment.

Leading development teams and providing technical guidance.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborating with client stakeholders to define requirements and manage expectations.

Communicating technical designs and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Working closely with delivery managers and functional solution architects.

Providing pre-sales support, including discovery and technical deep-dive sessions.

Technical Expertise:

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.

Expertise in Salesforce development languages (Apex, LWC) and integration patterns.

Experience with data modeling, data migration, and security.

Knowledge of Salesforce security capabilities (TLS, SSL) and best practices.

Understanding of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Skills and Qualifications:

Certifications: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (or relevant certifications).

Experience: Extensive experience in Salesforce implementations and development.

Technical Skills: Strong programming skills (Apex, LWC), data modeling, and integration expertise.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
